8.1. All payments for services provided on Market Mudapedia are made in PavoCoin (PVO) or cryptocurrencies supported by the Platform.
8.2.Users are required to ensure that they use a wallet that is compatible with the blockchain network for payment transactions.
8.3.All payments are considered final once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Market Mudapedia is not responsible for any failed transactions due to technical errors or wallet incompatibility.
9. Cancellation of Services or Subscriptions
9.1. Users may cancel any service or subscription they have entered into on the platform at any time, provided that no fees will be refunded if the service has already started.
9.2. PavoCoin reserves the right to terminate a user’s subscription at any time if the user violates these terms and conditions or if the platform terminates the service.
10. Refunds
10.1. All transactions on Market Mudapedia are final and cannot be refunded unless there is an error on the part of the Platform.
10.2. In certain circumstances, such as technical disruptions to the system, Market Mudapedia may provide a refund after an investigation has been conducted. This process may take up to 30 business days.
11. User-Generated Content
11.1. Users may upload, share, or otherwise make available content on the platform, including but not limited to reviews, comments, and other media (“User Generated Content”).
11.2. By uploading User Generated Content, you grant PavoCoin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform.

Refund Policy
Thank you for using Market Mudapedia. We are committed to providing high-quality services to our users. However, due to the unique nature of cryptocurrency transactions, the refund policy on Market Mudapedia is very limited. Please read this policy carefully before making a transaction.
1. General Refund Terms
1.1. Final Transactions : All transactions made on Market Mudapedia, including the purchase of digital products or other services, are final and non-refundable. Users must ensure that all information provided during the transaction is true and accurate before completing the payment.
1.2. Refunds Related to Technical Errors : In the rare event that a technical error caused by the Market Mudapedia platform results in an incorrect transaction (e.g., double payment or pricing error), Market Mudapedia may consider a refund request.
2. Refund Request Process
2.1. If you feel that your transaction is eligible for a refund under this policy, you must submit a refund request within 7 business days from the date of the transaction
2.2. Refund requests must be sent via email to support@pavocoin.com with the following information :
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Transaction number
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of transaction (if any)
2.3. Upon receipt of your request, our team will review the case within 30 business days and notify you via email of our decision.
3. Refunds Received
3.1. If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned via the payment gateway used in the transaction. The refund will be sent to the payment method associated with the initial transaction.
3.2. Market Mudapedia is not responsible for any errors in sending funds caused by inaccurate payment information provided by the user during the refund process.
4. Situations Outside of Refunds
4.1. Market Mudapedia does not provide refunds for transactions made for any of the following reasons :
- Market volatility affecting the value of products or assets.
- Requests to cancel transactions after they have been confirmed by the payment gateway.
- User error or negligence, such as providing an incorrect or incompatible payment method.
